Package arrived on time even though I had a very tight schedule. Good responsiveness to email messages sent. However, the rum I ordered was supposed to be delivered in a case (as described on the site), but I did not receive the case, which disappointed me because it was a bottle to give as a gift and the case would have been nice.

Personally, I really like this site that offers a tasting note on many products for sale. Prices are very reasonable, maybe free delivery from €100 would be really nice. In any case, I highly recommend it. Delivery is fast.

Perfect packaging, even more than perfect, for a bottle of this price, it was well thought out. The customer service is top-notch, they look for and propose solutions. If Rhum Attitude reinstates payment via PayPal and delivery by a more reliable provider than Chronopost, still distinguished by its horrible delivery people who do not deliver, it will be perfect.

Of the 3 bottles ordered, one was not the one ordered, explanations and apologies and a refund of the difference directly to the account. Nothing to say about the quality of the product. It's just a shame that the boxes of the bottles were slightly damaged. Surely not due to transport as the packaging was intact. Since one of the bottles was supposed to be a gift, I couldn't give it..

The rum bottles are heavy (almost 2 kg per bottle), and on the other hand, the margins are low on this activity (unlike wine, for example), hence free shipping starting from a fairly significant amount.
