Prices and delivery are top-notch, but I regret a little that when ordering over 180€, we don't receive a small sample that could introduce us to new rums and maybe motivate us to place an order quickly. A small gift is always nice ;) Otherwise, I really recommend this site where you can find 'everything' you are looking for, within stock limits of course.

For this price, we systematically add 'goodies', except in cases where the gift wrap option has been checked (which is the case for your order), for two reasons: 1) the gift wrap option is free for you but costs us in labor (each bottle is wrapped), and 2) generally, customers send the package directly to the person they are gifting, so the recipient may not necessarily appreciate the addition of glasses or free samples; on the contrary, it can be confusing. For your next order, send us an email beforehand and we will add 1 or 2 samples without any problem!

Thank you for your comment. Bottles without a case are difficult to wrap with regular paper, hence the option of 'tissue paper'. It is indeed a free service (all our competitors charge for it), however, that is not an excuse: we will switch to regular gift wrap for bottles in cases or boxes, which will significantly improve the service.
