Hello, You indicated to the delivery person to place the package in a safe place (behind a door). The recourse in case of disappearance of the package, under these conditions, is difficult. You contacted us a little over a week ago to report a package marked as delivered that you did not receive. We have initiated a dispute procedure that should be resolved soon. This all takes a bit of time, but there is no reason you should not be refunded, or alternatively, that we do not send you a new package.
