Product of good quality and in accordance with the description. It would have been desirable to specify that it runs small. I had to exchange for a different size and therefore incurred 11 euros in postage fees for the return. I do not find that very fair.

After 1 month of daily use for agricultural purposes, the upper fabric of the sole is starting to come off. I hope this won't affect the comfort of the boot. Generally, the boots wear out after about a year of use. So, see you in 11 months. Otherwise, good comfort and the boots are quite warm compared to other brands, Aigle or Solognac and Chameau.

I find this pair of ankle boots less comfortable than I hoped. I thought I could slip them on easily but you still have to adjust via the back strap. The size 39 that I usually take with ROUCHETTE seems a bit too small this time. I kept the item to avoid any formalities, for convenience.

I ordered my pair of shoes by referring to the size guide on the website. In the end, the shoes were too big. The shipping costs for the order were already high (5€), but I had to pay 10€ to return the pair that was too big. I didn't dare to try another order since the previous one had already cost me 15€ for nothing. If you could find contracts with delivery providers, it would surely be better.

I decided not to order several items at once (I wanted 6), as the shipping costs add up! So it's not at all interesting to order according to your desires or promotions; the site is designed to order only 'the' pair you need... a pity, especially as the offer is large, and the products not available at the local retailer...

The information on the website concerning the item is misleading. In essence:"the clogs are large and we advise you to take the size below your usual size" which led me to choose the wrong size. The problem was that I had to pay for the return shipping costs for the exchange, which significantly increased the price of the clogs! Of course, I complained about this inconsistency and all I was offered was a refund of the shipping costs on a future purchase! I'm really not satisfied. There will be no next purchase.
