Nothing to report.

The first ankle boots I bought were too fragile for gardening. So, I bought the reinforced model, which is less comfortable because you can't wear them for more than an hour (tingling in both feet). The size is the same as the first ones, I don't understand.

Clogs of a nice color but not very comfortable and not ergonomic (wide and do not fit the shape of the foot). I had a similar pair (same brand and same color) that was given to me about a year ago and they were great.

The size you chose does not match the size of my foot.

The rubber of the clogs is "hard" while my previous pair of clogs was soft. I am disappointed and wonder if I will manage to wear them.

The ordered clogs were a bit too small so I had to exchange them, everything went very well!

I ordered my usual size, the boots were too big. I returned them at my own expense (16 euros nonetheless).... The pair returned in my size did not contain the insoles that should have been included according to the description...

Paying 16€ in return fees because the shoes do not fit our feet, I am quite disappointed. Yet I was eager to buy French.

The order was complicated. After repeated attempts I ordered the wrong size. After exchanging the size I received a different incorrect size.

Quality product but unreliable delivery company

Good products overall, avoid women's clogs, they don't stay on the foot.

I ordered clogs one size up from my normal shoe size (to be comfortable). Results = they are a bit big. Too bad!

Especially with shoes, it is difficult to estimate the size. It's a shame that the return has to be at your expense. However, I ordered other shoes. Thank you.

VERY GOOD To be seen in use because the last pair had a lifespan that was too short!!!

I ordered my pair of shoes by referring to the size guide on the website. In the end, the shoes were too big. The shipping costs for the order were already high (5€), but I had to pay 10€ to return the pair that was too big. I didn't dare to try another order since the previous one had already cost me 15€ for nothing. If you could find contracts with delivery providers, it would surely be better.

I am very happy as usual with the quality of the product, but I did not like the fact that in the event of a wrong size, the cost of returning the item would be borne entirely by the customer.

My wife is originally from Maine et Loire, so I have a favorable a priori opinion of what's made there...

The open clogs, admittedly bought on sale, have a shape ill-suited to slipping on, the material is not very malleable and has taken a bad shape in the packaging box. Not usual for the brand's products.

Fast delivery. The clogs are relatively expensive, in the high range compared to other brands. But with my criteria (clogs that you can put on without your hands, but that are still slightly raised so that mud doesn't get into your heels, and with cleated soles) the choice is really limited. In use, they're not so great: a sole on the inside that I removed the first time I used them (frankly, this sole is a joke, what's it good for?), the inside doesn't slip at all when you put the clogs on, which is a pain when you've got your hands full and you want to get things done quickly, and the sole material slips on the flagstones in my garden, bordering on dangerous. It remains to be seen whether they'll last or tear.

I took a size one point larger than my usual size and the boot is indeed bigger than my foot. Despite this, I'm having a lot of trouble putting it on, as the instep opening is too tight.
