The information on the website concerning the item is misleading. In essence:"the clogs are large and we advise you to take the size below your usual size" which led me to choose the wrong size. The problem was that I had to pay for the return shipping costs for the exchange, which significantly increased the price of the clogs! Of course, I complained about this inconsistency and all I was offered was a refund of the shipping costs on a future purchase! I'm really not satisfied. There will be no next purchase.

This model does run a little large, so we recommend that you take the next size up. There's also our size guide to help you in your choice, we do our utmost to guide you during your purchase.
