I ordered two pairs of garden clogs in different sizes, for different people, and received both pairs in a single box with, of course, only one product information leaflet. Gifts planned for Christmas, hence my embarrassment. Complaint unanswered.

I decided not to order several items at once (I wanted 6), as the shipping costs add up! So it's not at all interesting to order according to your desires or promotions; the site is designed to order only 'the' pair you need... a pity, especially as the offer is large, and the products not available at the local retailer...

The information on the website concerning the item is misleading. In essence:"the clogs are large and we advise you to take the size below your usual size" which led me to choose the wrong size. The problem was that I had to pay for the return shipping costs for the exchange, which significantly increased the price of the clogs! Of course, I complained about this inconsistency and all I was offered was a refund of the shipping costs on a future purchase! I'm really not satisfied. There will be no next purchase.

The boots are well made and the delivery was fast, but they are slightly too small and not wide enough at the top for the pants to fit easily, despite the fact that I took a size 43 for my size 42.5.
