I decided not to order several items at once (I wanted 6), as the shipping costs add up! So it's not at all interesting to order according to your desires or promotions; the site is designed to order only 'the' pair you need... a pity, especially as the offer is large, and the products not available at the local retailer...

The information on the website concerning the item is misleading. In essence:"the clogs are large and we advise you to take the size below your usual size" which led me to choose the wrong size. The problem was that I had to pay for the return shipping costs for the exchange, which significantly increased the price of the clogs! Of course, I complained about this inconsistency and all I was offered was a refund of the shipping costs on a future purchase! I'm really not satisfied. There will be no next purchase.

This model does run a little large, so we recommend that you take the next size up. There's also our size guide to help you in your choice, we do our utmost to guide you during your purchase. As mentioned in our FAQ, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We've taken care of the shipping costs for the new size and, as you said, we've offered to take care of the shipping costs for your next purchase.
