Very easy and well done to order. There are all the Kyosho parts, even better than the official Kyosho America site. I've ordered from the Kyosho America site before, since I live in Canada it makes more sense, but the site didn't work well. I had to finish the transaction with emails, there are not many parts, always out of stock. I've been ordering from France ever since. And if I have a problem or a question, I write directly to Reno Savoya on messenger. He's the boss and a remote-control champion to boot. And he speaks French and so does the site, which is good for me because I speak French too. The delivery time from France to Quebec is about 14 days, which is perfect. They send the package as soon as possible, there's no loss of time and the tracking is perfect, I use DHL. Customs clearance doesn't cost a fortune either.

As usual, the service is impeccable, except for the delivery, which often poses a problem in terms of time and possible misplacement of the parcel, as was the case this time. The Boxal service is not very fast and 7 days to receive the parcel is a bit long, but that's not RSRC BIZ's fault. But apart from that I recommend this site.

Very satisfied with the service. An error occurred, I had the wrong package, something that happens sometimes, and Reno contacted me and we agreed on the delivery of the new package. That's what's important in a business, after-sales service, and I was very satisfied. With so much online shopping these days, it's only logical that mistakes happen from time to time, and customer service makes all the difference in this case, and Rsrc does a great job of it.
