I have to say I’m a fan of the white and khaki Ruckfield sneakers (I’ve bought them three times already) and really wanted to try the white and navy blue ones, but my size (41) wasn't available, so I decided to buy them for my brother instead... After just one hour of wear, the red section at the back—where it touched the white parts or laces of the other shoe (like when crossing one's feet)—left red stains all over everything. In other words, after an hour, the sneakers were completely stained red. I don't know what to do, but I'm very upset about this situation. How can we resolve this?
