The size of a product that I order in 4xl, my size, which corresponds to 6xl. Simply because marked oversize but not everyone masters English. Product unpacked, tags removed because it is indeed my size, but once on me I have a very long bathrobe, I am swimming in it. Contact with customer service who doesn't want to know anything, because I removed the tags, knowing that if I had returned the product the shipping costs were on me. No commercial gesture. I am simply told that I should have read the product description. Simply good to buy and pay. Very disappointed.

Response from Ruckfield
Hello Sir,
We have already had the opportunity to speak by phone regarding this order.
The term "Oversize" is indeed indicated in the title of the item. We understand that this English term may not be familiar to all our customers. That is why we have also specified several times in the product description the mention "Attention: loose fit".
Furthermore, the specific size guide for this item indicates more generous dimensions than those of our classic models, which allows for a better appreciation of the volume of the cut before purchase.
As we explained to you, we are unfortunately unable to take back an item whose tags have been removed, in accordance with our return conditions.
However, in order to take your disappointment into account, we have granted you a promotional code as a commercial gesture for the inconveniences encountered.
We remain at your disposal and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with complete satisfaction on your next order.
