Hello Mr. Curty,
We are sorry to hear that the return fees seem high to you. In your case, being in Switzerland, the return costs can indeed be higher due to international shipping fees and customs formalities, which are beyond our control.
Your feedback is valuable and we take it into account to continuously improve our service.
We hope to have the opportunity to fully satisfy you during your next experience.

The order, delivery, and service are top-notch. However, there are discrepancies in sizes depending on the manufacturers; one pair of pants can fit well in size 46 for one and be impossible to wear for another. Sometimes intermediate sizes would be needed, too tight in 46 and too loose in 48. Otherwise, I regularly order but do not wear everything because of this.
