Hello, everything I have bought so far is very good, the fabric does not twist, does not fade, holds well. However, during my last order, the long-sleeve polos were thinner and slightly tighter. Otherwise, you have very good products, well done. Best regards

Hello, I find that the quality has decreased for some time even though prices have increased. The after-sales service leaves much to be desired, a message and no response. I made a purchase on Thursday of several polos and surprise, on Friday 40% off on the site... The least you could do is to retroactively benefit the customer because we are talking about 10 hours between the order and the surprise sales. I am disappointed and yet I have been a customer for years either on the site or in the Rugby store. I sincerely think of changing brands and I have already started by buying clothes from another well-known rugby brand.. I will not place another order with Ruckfield, I am sincerely disappointed. An unhappy customer but I am just a simple customer.......

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your loyalty over the years.

We are sincerely sorry to read about your disappointment, particularly regarding your recent experience.

The commercial operation you mentioned was the start of the sales, a period regulated and common to all brands. However, we understand your feelings about the very short delay between your order and this offer.

In this type of situation, we invite you to contact our customer service: we always do our best to review each request and find an appropriate solution.

Furthermore, after verification, we unfortunately cannot find any trace of a message from you to our after-sales service. It is possible that an error occurred during the sending, which is why we invite you to contact us directly so that we can handle your request as soon as possible.

Finally, regarding prices, we want to assure you that we strive to maintain a stable and consistent pricing policy over time, in line with the quality of our products.

We remain at your disposal and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a solution. Our customer service is available at [email protected] or by phone at 04 84 51 09 61. Eva and Bénédicte will be happy to assist you.

Best regards,

Be careful of size differences for the same sizes. I wear 4xl in t-shirts. Out of 4 t-shirts purchased, I have 2 that are smaller and I cannot wear. It's really a shame.
