The size of a product that I order in 4xl, my size, which corresponds to 6xl. Simply because marked oversize but not everyone masters English. Product unpacked, tags removed because it is indeed my size, but once on me I have a very long bathrobe, I am swimming in it. Contact with customer service who doesn't want to know anything, because I removed the tags, knowing that if I had returned the product the shipping costs were on me. No commercial gesture. I am simply told that I should have read the product description. Simply good to buy and pay. Very disappointed.
