I ordered a balloon with personalized writing, it arrived with the wrong writing, the second one was offered to me due to the mistake, except that the second one no longer had the same writing (smaller) and also had a comma.
Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Hello,
I am sincerely sorry to learn that the personalized balloon did not meet your expectations.
As you indicated, a first mistake occurred during the customization. We immediately proceeded to send a new balloon to correct this error. However, I regret that this second customization did not fully satisfy you, particularly due to the size of the writing and the presence of a comma.
I completely understand your disappointment and offer our sincerest apologies for these inconveniences. Your feedback is valuable and will be forwarded to our workshop to prevent this type of situation from happening again.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we remain at your disposal if you wish to discuss this further.

I love this range of polo shirts and their look even though I'm not into rugby... I was surprised by the size of what I received, as I based it on the L I already have but the one I received is a bit larger. However, I won't exchange it because I'm afraid the size below will be too small... but the promotional price and delivery are great... and the look of the products is nice! Best regards.
