The site is perfect, the customer service is also. But this year Santa Claus, due to lack of time, a polo too small with the usual size and a jacket stained and not machine washable. A 200 euro bill that will never come out of the closet. Too bad for us.
Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Dear Estelle, thank you for your feedback and for your trust.
We are delighted to read that our website and our customer service meet your satisfaction. However, we are sincerely sorry for your experience regarding these items.
Regarding the jacket, we draw your attention to the care instructions, which are specified on each product sheet before ordering, in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises at the time of washing.
Even if the deadline has passed, we invite you to contact our customer service: Eva and Bénédicte will do their best to review your situation and see what solution can be proposed to you.
Thank you for your understanding and for your loyalty.
See you very soon, we hope,
