For the return, I had to pay the shipping fees to Colissimo myself. Then the refund is not in cash on your card but a credit note which is not fair.
Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Hello,
We are sorry for this misunderstanding and understand your disappointment.
As stated in our return policy, return shipping costs are indeed the responsibility of the customer.
However, regarding the refund, you are not obliged to accept a credit note. A refund is entirely possible. You just need to contact our customer service by email or phone to make the request, and we can proceed with the refund according to the payment method concerned.
Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can regularize the situation.
