Perfect but still missing my size on the promotions thank you
Translated reviews
Response from Ruckfield
Hello Laurent,
Thank you for your feedback.
The promotional items often come from old collections. Larger sizes are generally in high demand, so they sell out quickly. Unfortunately, there is no restock planned for these old collections once the stocks are depleted.
We remain at your disposal and hope to satisfy you with our upcoming collections.

It is a shame not to be able to return while being refunded... for my part, 1 item does not fit and I do not want to exchange it, it does not please the person I gave it to, and a credit note is not a good solution for me.
