Service and delivery was exactly as promised. The tablet and mounting were securely packaged, and the tablet was easy to set up. Boat isn't in the water yet so can't comment on performance.

Sailproof's equipment is of excellent quality. However, we had an issue with our last order. This was resolved without any problem by Sailproof, who quickly exchanged the tablet so that we could have it for our crossing. A very professional and very responsive team that I can only recommend.

10" Excellent product, works well in the rain. Raindrops do not shift the Navionics map and you can still navigate with fingers on a wet screen. This is in contrast to the iPad where, despite a waterproof case, raindrops continuously move the map in all directions.

As said in our answer, and seeing the pic you sent, scratches are not on the tablet itself but on the protective film.You said that something was missing, but didn't confirm which part it could be.
