I returned the unit as it was not as advertised. I received the price of the unit but not the shipping cost in either direction.

Hi! Conditions of return and refund in the EU are clear. You are integrally refunded (except shipping costs) if you return in the 14 days an unused device, in his original packaging. You returned it after using it more than 2 months and still we refunded the total value, except the shipping costs. There was an issue with the GPS in this batch of tablets, that we solved through a firmware update just after you returned it. For the rest, you'll understand that comments like below doesn't have anything to do with the way our tablet is advertised: "the keyboard has no back arrow (<). Just like an IPad." (this is just a setting ??) or "the Navionics menu screen does not rotate (the chart screen does rotate so you can have it in landscape mode) so we can only mount it in its vertical position." (issue that has nothing to do with our tablet, but with the way you set your display up).

Terrible GPS, the built-in speakers have no good sound. If you connect the tablet to the power supply the running app stops working.

The GPS issue (not from us, but from the chipset manufacturer) has been solved through a firmware update. We never heard about the problem you mention regarding apps stopping working when the tablet is powered. And you never contacted our support about that. Do you use a 3rd party charger?

After a sailing season with long journeys using the tablet it appears the performances are as specified. There has been a serious issue with the GPS but the vendor has carefully followed up and provided a solution. The vendor is committed to service quality : because the ordered model couldn't be shipped on time the vendor sent a High-End model instead without additional cost. Although improvements are of course always possible, like everywhere, the tablet is of great and reliable assistance for sailing.

After ordering a rugged tablet, I sent several requests for a delivery time. I only got a reply a few weeks later, so much so that I wondered if it wasn't a scam. There's a serious lack of communication which will end up damaging your reputation. It's a pity because the tablet seems to be of very good quality. I'll be testing it soon on my next delivery. Super positive sales and support experience. Despite late order (due to extended evaluation process) shipment was done almost instantly and I received the SP10X within 3 days of ordering despite international shipmemt. That's world record! I suffered then from a most stupid customer mistake and was patiently and swiftly within 12 hours attended to and helped. Hence, overall super professional organization. On the SP10X itself, after 2 weeks of heavy duty testing I can confirm that all marketimg promises were fulfilled. No box unticked. I'd like to highlight the super bright screen, the fast processor and the very solid protection. In addition the recommended gear from Rokk is plug and play and just does (the heavy duty) job. And last, the back pack looks stylish. Overall very big bang for the substantial buck.
