The tablet was delivered quickly and has a very robust impression. The display is very bright, but it reflects a lot. This is certainly a real disadvantage in direct sunlight. Therefore, one star deduction.

Product conforms to the description. The only downside is the delivery method. Since I was not home when the delivery person came, they threw the package over the neighbor's gate. Fortunately, no one stole it and the tablet seems to be fine (apparently). Delivery to a pickup point would be preferable...

So far I am pleases with my new tablet. The shopping experience was pretty standard and the communication from SailProof acceptable. My one regret was in not researching the total cost more. For importing this tablet into the the United States, I found out too late that there is a $260 customs fee that must be paid because we have an idiot for a president. OUCH!

We try to inform our client as accurately as possible, we have added a warning at check-out, with the last available information, but as changes are sometimes pretty unexpected, we can't confirm that this information is always 100% accurate. Taxes have been lowered with the last decision dated on April 5 (see here: https://content.govdelivery.com/bulletins/gd/USDHSCBP-3db9e55?wgt_ref=USDHSCBP_WIDGET_2). As you bought the tablet before this decision, but receive it afterwards, perhaps interesting to check if you can't claim for a refund?

Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately, we do not have the means of Amazon, we calculate the delivery based on its actual costs. And we avoid working with cheap transport companies whose service is slower and of lower quality.

Very happy with the tablet, it meets my expectations. A bit surprised by the ordering process. You cannot pay by credit card, and you don't really receive an order confirmation (you only receive that the order has been received, which is not 100% the same). There is no delivery time indicated. After 1 week without news, I thought I had been scammed, but when I sent an inquiry to the contact, I received an immediate response telling me that I would be delivered soon... In summary, zero problems, just an unusual commercial communication process.

Hello, you can easily pay by credit card, there are different options available, including payment by bank transfer, credit card, Klarna, Trustly, Bancontact, etc. They may differ depending on the country of order, but the credit card is available in all countries, and the bank transfer as well. At the time of purchase, you receive a confirmation that the order is indeed registered. For products on restock, availability times are indicated on the site. Delivery times are provided in the 'delivery' section. When the order is shipped, you receive a confirmation along with the invoice. And a second email from our shipping platform provides you with the tracking link, which allows you to track the package day by day. It is obviously always possible that these emails end up in your spam folder.

Répondu bien à mes attentes en navigation. A améliorer : connectiques, liaisons et gestion HDMI et USB C (pas de possibilité de se connecter à un 2ème (grand écran), de lire le disque dur sur un autre PC ou disque dur SSD) ce que peux faire un téléphone Samsung par exemple. Même remarque pour la station de travail et de charge.

Very happy with the tablet in navigation, used with Sailgrib. I had to leave the tablet plugged in, which made it more vulnerable (it was fixed at the top of the companionway, so as to be clearly visible from the helm). Brightness is perfect, even in sunlight (as long as it doesn't switch to power-saving mode).

All in all a correct company. Delivery was a month late due to too many orders, but I was also allowed to cancel the purchase and get my money back. Due to a small defect I sent my device back and am now waiting for the repair. Contacting them is fine and you always get a response, even on Sundays and holidays. (Device itself meets my expectations)

Found the Sailproof team to be very accommodating. Bought a 10” tablet. Had an intermittent problem with it not maintaining a WiFi connection, but they got back to me and after several sets of correspondence, the problem seemed to resolve itself. The tablet is good and I use it in conjunction a partner of theirs, SavvyNavvy which you can get 50% off their Elite Subscription. I also bought the Rokk tablet mount which I mounted on a bock on top of my sliding canopy and which holds the tablet steady. Good clear image from the tablet. I recommend Sailproof.
