Reactive customer service but not very accommodating. In case of a return, if you cannot print the return label, well, it's lost. Otherwise, nothing to say about the spices.

I could have been satisfied if only the delivery service (Mondial Relay) had allowed me to avoid returning the package to the sender since I was abroad by letting me leave it there for two more days. I now refuse to make them work.

I would have liked to be delivered much more quickly!!!!! Paying for 24/48h delivery receiving the delivery confirmation email after 24h and receiving the order 5 days later!!!!

I was very disappointed by the vanilla pod sachets. During my trip to Polynesia, I brought back bags of vanilla pods and only one pod had the weight of your 10 vanilla pods. What a disappointment!

I am disappointed by the quality of the Madagascar vanilla delivered. 55g in weight for 15 strands. This month has decreased by 25% compared to my order last year. Last year a strand weighed 5g, in 2022 it weighs 3.6g. I will order elsewhere. Cdlt

Vanilla beans are not made in molds and their weight can vary from one bean to another. A weight of 3.67 grams per pod is still quite respectable. Your criticism is a bit gratuitous, especially since you did not place an order with us last year.

I purchased vanilla powder and was very disappointed with the quality of the product delivered. the product did not conform to the vanilla powder, there was no vanilla flavour and no smell. if it was powder from used pods, they were very used up. my husband is a pastry chef, so he was able to judge the product in good faith. the dispute was resolved and we received a refund.
