They were quick to answer my questions and the delivery was fast and hassle-free. The bottles (vanilla storage) were WELL protected, with even a little rope and a cardboard box to write something on, which was not expected - of course, I LOVE this attention!!! I recommend it. Next time, I'll order spices.

Problem with GLS who automatically put my parcel on hold when my husband and I were present, contrary to the false allegations of the deliveryman who didn't leave a notice in the mailbox. As a result, even though I am a PRM, I had to bring my sick husband to the relay to pick up my parcel.

There's nothing to say, except that I might reconsider the maceration time of 2 or 3 months, whereas it's recommended 6 months for vanilla. Most of the time I remove the cinnamon after a month, otherwise the taste is too strong.

I bought 2 vanilla beans which were sent to me in an envelope. The envelope weighed 13g, which corresponds to 1.16 euros postage. However, I was charged 2.16 euros for postage, which was totally unjustified. Your company exaggerates delivery charges to make a profit.

I was very disappointed by the vanilla pod sachets. During my trip to Polynesia, I brought back bags of vanilla pods and only one pod had the weight of your 10 vanilla pods. What a disappointment!

The vanilla beans are drier in the preparation sachets because the other ingredients tend to absorb their moisture, but as soon as they are mixed with the rum, they rehydrate.
