I am disappointed by the quality of the Madagascar vanilla delivered. 55g in weight for 15 strands. This month has decreased by 25% compared to my order last year. Last year a strand weighed 5g, in 2022 it weighs 3.6g. I will order elsewhere. Cdlt

Vanilla beans are not made in molds and their weight can vary from one bean to another. A weight of 3.67 grams per pod is still quite respectable. Your criticism is a bit gratuitous, especially since you did not place an order with us last year.

Mondial Relay sends sms only when your package is picked up and delivered to the relay point. We use plastic bags for transport and recommend that you use a spice jar for storage.

Very bad communication from this seller. Without any information during the order taking, the site validates your purchase although the delivery is suspended during the holidays. Result more than 3 weeks of delay during which your relay point or yourself may be absent because of holidays.

One of the few sites to mention the vanillin content, vanilla as described .... ...but, the taste is not there. I'm used to making ice cream and custards with vanilla beans, but I didn't find the smell and taste I usually had. I'm going to double the doses, and it will become a luxury dessert, too bad.
