We would like to inform you that we have decided not to include paper invoices in our parcels in order to protect the environment.

At Sambavanilla, we are deeply committed to sustainability and the protection of our beautiful planet. We are taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint and minimize our use of non-renewable resources, such as paper.

By going paperless, we hope to help save trees and reduce the amount of waste we produce. We firmly believe that it's our responsibility to do our part to protect the environment and foster a more sustainable future.

Nevertheless, we would like to reassure you that your electronic invoice is always sent to you by email. This allows you to keep a digital record of your purchases while preserving natural resources.

We sincerely thank you for supporting our ecological approach by agreeing not to receive a paper invoice with your parcel. We value your commitment to the environment, and are proud to count you among our conscientious and responsible customers.

We have noted your comment and would like to point out that the rate of €1.16 corresponds to a simple green letter, which is not quite the case for our shipment, which was "sent by priority letter with tracking.
Please note that we strive to offer the best delivery rates, which we invoice at cost price with no additional margins. Packaging costs are not charged, and we even offer free delivery above a certain purchase amount.
