The parcel remained at the relay point for 8 days without being collected, and was then returned to us. Under these conditions, we systematically ask the customer to pay new delivery charges to return the parcel.

Good product but the grammage does not correspond to what was announced by telephone (between 4 and 5g per pod). It's more like between 3 and 4g per pod.

Please provide more information about the 2 types of tubes of the same diameter for storing vanilla beans and justify the price difference.

I invite you to look at the description again and you'll see that the tubes don't have the same diameter. We sell tubes with diameters of 24 and 29 mm.

They were quick to answer my questions and the delivery was fast and hassle-free. The bottles (vanilla storage) were WELL protected, with even a little rope and a cardboard box to write something on, which was not expected - of course, I LOVE this attention!!! I recommend it. Next time, I'll order spices.
