Very bad communication from this seller. Without any information during the order taking, the site validates your purchase although the delivery is suspended during the holidays. Result more than 3 weeks of delay during which your relay point or yourself may be absent because of holidays.

Nice for the order. It would be nice to put an indication on the site of what the weight of a pili pili pepper represents (I took 250 gr without realizing that a pepper is super light so I took for a whole life). Otherwise very good product and good logistics.

The products are not too bad but often out of stock...on the other hand, the customer service sucks. I was never informed of the delivery of the product at the relay point, I had to contact the customer service who never answered me by email.
