Indeed, an email is sent at each stage of the delivery, which allows for reassurance and the ability to estimate the receipt of the package. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, which is crucial, especially when eagerly awaiting a product to relieve certain issues.
Regarding the "products" purchased, I have nothing to complain about, it's not the first time. However, concerning the shipping from France to Belgium, I found the amount of 13€ expensive. Then, being abroad for a few days, even though I knew there was a strike at Bpost and that all shipments were blocked upon arrival in Belgium, I didn't think about the impact this could have on my package. Once you sent it, I wondered if my package of a significant amount would also be delivered by Bpost in this case that remained blocked. Fortunately, that was not the case. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it was intended. In any case, I am happy that it arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
