If you have a problem with our products, you can ask us for a replacement, a refund or a credit on a future order.
Concerning the Nepal incense cords, it's true that the fragrances are often quite similar and that they give off, due to their manufacture, a smell of burnt paper. It's a special type of incense that not everyone likes.
