Hello, I'd like to make a comment about the sage in a bundle, there are more branches than leaves this time, it's a shame. For the Paolo Santo the wood is not very dry, it burns with difficulty. The service is fast, which is great. Best regards. J.F.

Sorry to hear that. However, Palo Santo is stored very dry, we open each package when it arrives precisely to ensure that it remains dry. So I don't have a more precise explanation.
For the sage, there are variations in quality, unfortunately it's always like that, the wholesaler buys his goods from several suppliers.
