A customer for years, I had issues with the carrier who had not delivered to me for two days even though it was scheduled, so I sent an email to Sb collection to inform them, and a nasty lady called me back looking down on me saying that basically it was like that and that I just had to be patient and then added: "let's take this opportunity to catch up since it's been a while since you ordered." So yes, I am not a big customer and they made me feel that way, but now I am no longer a customer at all.

Very good product. Very well packaged and fast delivery. The only negative point is that small businesses like mine, where we don't necessarily have the possibility to make large orders at once, the shipping costs are high and there are never any free gifts, which is a shame.

Satisfied with the speed but the shipping costs are expensive for dom Tom and I paid another 55€ in customs fees to have my package on arrival otherwise very good good products

Your order was ready and we asked you several times for your phone number so that your order could be sent in good conditions and avoid many delivery problems.

Too bad it takes a long time to be delivered. Order placed on September 30, delivery on October 8. Geodis tells us we'll be delivered but no specific date. The problem when you work on the side is complicated to manage.

I'm sorry this order took too long to deliver.
Geodis is a professional courier service that delivers parcels and pallets by truck. The area in which you are located corresponds to a normal delivery time of 48 hours from our premises. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. In your case it was 72 hours.

We announce up to 7 working days of preparation time in our GTC, in most cases we send the order in 2, 3 days (which was the case for your order) but it can take longer due to imponderables.

In the future, if you have a deadline on an order, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our utmost to get it out as quickly as possible.
