I received my order quickly. However, the delivery person did not drop it off at my home but at a pickup point even though I paid for home delivery. There are no assembly instructions in the package, nor a link to a tutorial. The box received is not really identical to the photo, it seems like a part is missing inside, there are no notches to secure the card. I am disappointed.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Françoise, thank you for taking the time to share this information with us. Regarding the delivery, indeed, when the delivery person is unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, they leave the packages at the nearest pickup point. Regarding the box received, you are right, the link to the assembly video is missing on the site. I have just requested its addition to the concerned person and in the meantime, I will send you the link by email. I need you to confirm if the internal support for the card is indeed missing so I can send it to you. I apologize for these inconveniences. Christelle.

The site is very good, fast delivery. However, there is a defect on all the boxes ordered, a gap of 58mm instead of the 60 displayed on the site which means that no vial fits properly.

The box was too big and too soft. Moreover, there was no padding inside. The boxes moved a lot and some were creased. It's a shame that the packaging is not better planned because the boxes ordered suit me perfectly.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Caroline, Thank you for your clarifications. I just sent you an email to ask for photos and to indicate the quantity of boxes affected so that I can send you boxes back and specify to our staff to pack them well in the parcels to avoid this inconvenience. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, Christelle.

When ordering a sample, the boxes had an adhesive strip for gluing and during my next order, this was not the case: no adhesive strip provided. I had to use glue. (refs 2520 S / 2520 M). Can you please indicate why? Thank you in advance.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Edwigde, Indeed for ref. 2520 (S and M), it is clearly indicated on the product sheet (description) that you need to have a glue gun to assemble this box. That is why you received glue sticks in your order. For the sample, we glue it with an adhesive strip so that you can see the assembled box and check that the internal dimensions suit you. However, as you may have noticed, the adhesive strip does not stick well enough on this type of micro-corrugated cardboard. Please feel free to get back to us if you have any other questions. Best regards, Christelle.

I ordered four boxes that arrived in good condition and on time. Moreover, an additional box was included in the package in case one of the four others was damaged during transport. I am very satisfied.

Impeccable. Very fast shipping, sweet little attention very appreciated by my children. Nothing to complain about. Many sites should take a cue from this.

Delighted to have been able to order these shoe boxes, spotted several months ago. They finish off my dressing room nicely with a unit of color. Very happy with the speed of delivery as well as the extra samples. We assembled them as a family (with some doubts about the lids... but we managed after a few minutes). We will gladly recommend your site.
