The site is very good, fast delivery. However, there is a defect on all the boxes ordered, a gap of 58mm instead of the 60 displayed on the site which means that no vial fits properly.

The box was too big and too soft. Moreover, there was no padding inside. The boxes moved a lot and some were creased. It's a shame that the packaging is not better planned because the boxes ordered suit me perfectly.

When ordering a sample, the boxes had an adhesive strip for gluing and during my next order, this was not the case: no adhesive strip provided. I had to use glue. (refs 2520 S / 2520 M). Can you please indicate why? Thank you in advance.

Hello Edwigde, Indeed for ref. 2520 (S and M), it is clearly indicated on the product sheet (description) that you need to have a glue gun to assemble this box. That is why you received glue sticks in your order. For the sample, we glue it with an adhesive strip so that you can see the assembled box and check that the internal dimensions suit you. However, as you may have noticed, the adhesive strip does not stick well enough on this type of micro-corrugated cardboard. Please feel free to get back to us if you have any other questions. Hello, indeed, when your address contains a lot of information that does not fit on a single line, it is preferable to save your address in advance in your customer area since from there, you have 2 address lines. I requested home delivery with the UPS carrier.
I stayed home all day waiting for my package which was finally delivered to a parcel relay in the neighboring village.
UPS no longer makes house calls, it's easier to drop everything in the same place.

When information is missing in the address, carriers have 2 options: return the package to the sender or drop it off at a relay point close to the desired address. I have been ordering boxes for my two craft activities for years. The site is very well done, very clear, easy to navigate. The only downside for me is the choice of delivery, it is always impossible to select the closest relays to my home and therefore, I have to travel kilometers to pick up my order. On that side, it could be improved, but otherwise nothing to say!

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!

We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications.
