Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.

UPS pickup point far from my home. Moreover, it was 30 minutes late on its opening time. 30 minutes where I had to wait without being able to contact them. The package was well damaged. I would like to have the option to choose another pickup point, which is not the case on your site.

Navigation on the site is good but shipping is very expensive for a rather mediocre service. Relay points are rare and far away. Very well-made site, easy to navigate and understand. Proposed items are very interesting, prices remain a bit high for small quantities, for a startup company, it's a bit difficult to pay these prices, as you cannot block cash flow on a large quantity of boxes.
