The ordered boxes are compliant but not the adhesive labels. I wanted an apostrophe in my text and it was translated by a special character.
I am disappointed and had to find another solution as there was no time to return and redo.

I find the weight a bit too light, it gives the whole a too little rigid appearance. I am looking for packaging that has a more 'qualitative' aspect. Otherwise, the kraft material is very nice and the box is pretty. It's a shame...

I think the site and the products are good, unfortunately I had only ordered samples to test, and they arrived without an explanatory note on how to assemble them (and not everything is explained on the site) and one of the samples arrived in a different size than I had requested. Too bad.

A little more packaging would have avoided some inconveniences.

My boxes arrived almost 1 month after the order and I only received a 20% discount on my next purchase as compensation, while I needed them quickly for work!! I lost money! Moreover, there are no instructions in the package to help you assemble the boxes, which is difficult! The plus is that there are extra units beyond the requested quantity in case of error.

Clear site but ordering is complicated. Fortunately, I had a contact person to finalize this order.

The site is clear. However, I entered all my details and the delivery person did not have the company name at the time of delivery, so I lost 2 days to receive my sample.

I received 4 samples. Two were perfect, thank you.
However, for the tray and sleeve model, I never received the part that goes around the box, so it doesn't close. For the gift box with lid, you sent me two bases, which means I didn't receive a lid and therefore cannot assemble the box.

Interesting but not precise enough in the product description. Disappointed upon receiving the boxes. Too much back and forth and confusion regarding billing.

These are boxes for a photo book, are you joking? Maybe these boxes aren't even good for putting my old socks in. Really, it's a scam.

The site is quite clean but could be clearer and more modern. The photos are small and deserve to be better highlighted. The site is already a few years old. In terms of ergonomics and navigation, it could be simplified and improved.

I had ordered samples of boxes of different materials, and I received what I wanted. However, I also requested samples of labels (silver & gold) which were not delivered in my package even though they appear on the delivery note and the order. Too bad.

Ok for the color of the lid but the corners of the bottom cardboard do not hold when the assembly is finished, which makes it look like when you remove the lid that you have a box that does not hold. For the price this product does not suit me, too bad.
