Hello, indeed, when your address contains a lot of information that does not fit on a single line, it is preferable to save your address in advance in your customer area since from there, you have 2 address lines. If all the information is on the same line, on the carrier's label, part of the information will be missing. I will contact UPS to provide them with all the indicated information. See you soon. When information is missing in the address, carriers have 2 options: return the package to the sender or drop it off at a relay point close to the desired address. If you have specific information to provide to the carrier to ensure delivery, please feel free to include it in your order or otherwise communicate it to us by email at [email protected] so we can pass it on directly. We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications. This is why your order was delayed in delivery. Unfortunately, the workshop did not inform us of this internal processing and we could not pass this information on to you in due time from customer service. Hello Denny, order confirmations are automatically sent by email. It is possible that they also end up in your spam. On each of our box sheets, it is clearly indicated what utensils are necessary for their assembly. For this box, the description below the title clearly states that it is necessary to have a glue gun to assemble it. In addition, we provide assembly videos of the boxes (camera icon above the main photo) so that you can perform the assembly and understand the manipulations to be carried out.
