Hello Jennifer, Indeed, all boxes made of micro-fluted cardboard have a maximum order volume on the site depending on their sizes. This mainly concerns transport costs. This type of cardboard is expensive to ship and from a certain quantity, shipments must be made by pallet (and not by parcel). To order more units, it is advisable to make several orders or to contact us by email at [email protected] to establish a quote for you. As indicated in the delivery conditions, free shipping does not apply to micro-fluted cardboard boxes (like the tray you ordered). Don't hesitate to get back to us for more information. On the site, the assembly instructions are available in video form (camera icon above the box photo).
The base is made of sturdy micro-corrugated cardboard and the lid is made of bristol paper (as indicated in its description).
Before placing a final order, when you are not familiar with the box, it is preferable to order a sample beforehand.
Please note that you have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of your order to return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Indeed, this box ref 3300 is perfect for bakeries and confectioneries as indicated in its description. I have just updated the description to clearly indicate that it is not suitable for shipping since the middle part is made of 300g bristol paper (unlike the base and lid made of sturdy micro-corrugated cardboard).
Before placing a final order, when you are not familiar with the box, it is preferable to order a sample beforehand.

To order a sample, you need to select the size and color of the desired box and then click on 'I want samples' (above the photo of the box). I see that you had indicated comments in your order, but unfortunately, the people in the workshop only speak Spanish. Indeed, we have received far more orders in recent weeks than in the entire history of Selfpackaging and have suffered a stock shortage on the Christmas printed boxes much earlier than expected.
During these end-of-year periods, it is important to take into account that we do our utmost to satisfy the large volume of orders and try not to have delays in production.
However, this is unfortunately not the case for some orders.
That is why we sent you boxes with printed stickers as an alternative.
Regarding the condition in which you received the boxes, please send me photos and the quantity of boxes affected by the shocks by email at [email protected] so that I can forward them to our carrier and send you compensation.
