Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.

The delivery is not compliant, we received a printed ribbon while we wanted a plain ribbon! They say free shipping from 95 euros, and they charge you 20 euros for shipping! No, this is not perfect

Proposed items are very interesting, prices remain a bit high for small quantities, for a startup company, it's a bit difficult to pay these prices, as you cannot block cash flow on a large quantity of boxes.
