Perfect in terms of delivery. The products are really of quality but the site is much, much too slow. 45 minutes of browsing between products. It's really a shame, as I almost left just because of that.

fast delivery, item faithful to my order, however a small diagram for quick assembly slipped into the delivery would be very useful!

Very disappointed with this site. The expected product is not as hoped and for two products of barely 3€ each, 17€ in shipping costs!!! And with a very long delivery time! I really do not recommend!!

Unfortunately, I am unable to appreciate anything because I have not received my order.
Despite messages and phone calls, I have nothing.
UPS claims to have left my package at the Town Hall (really?? On what grounds??) However, the Town Hall of my village has nothing for the simple reason that it was exceptionally closed because the staff was in training. I took a photo for the notice on the door.
I have €200 in the wild and I hardly appreciate it!!!!

Hello Audélie,
We currently only offer size M, as it corresponds to a standard wine bottle size. However, we are not closed to the idea of offering other sizes later.
Your comment will be forwarded to our marketing department.

Very expensive delivery (and the minimum to get it free is expensive too...)
However, very good quality product, they sent me the tape to assemble my pack (it may seem silly but it wasn't 'mandatory' so great attention on their part), they also provided 2-3 packs and 5-6 more labels than I ordered just in case there were any mistakes.
Overall nothing to complain about, I recommend but not for mini budgets.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our questionnaire.
Following your comment, I would like to ask which bottles you are referring to since your order only concerns cardboard boxes.
Are they the bottles you inserted later into our boxes? Did you use these boxes as they are for shipping? Because indeed, if that is the case, these boxes ref 4003 are made of 300-gram cardboard and not micro-corrugated cardboard like the boxes intended for shipping.
Please feel free to get back to us to understand the situation.
