Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Aurélie, Your order underwent long printing tests because your original file had defects. We attach great importance to prints and our workshop always makes sure to check files before printing them. Consequently, our graphic designer and our workshop had to make several modifications. This is why your order was delayed in delivery. Unfortunately, the workshop did not inform us of this internal processing and we could not pass this information on to you in due time from customer service. We sincerely apologize for this exceptional error. We usually inform customers as soon as possible when their files have defects. Regarding the result, please send us photos of the boxes received by email at [email protected] to verify the print quality. Best regards. Selfpackaging.

I chose the shipping box in size L. Very good. I would have liked SelfPackaging to also offer an XL version: 40x40x10 cm

No way to check my order after receiving it. The product received looks much cheaper than the visuals on the site. The visuals make it seem like the boxes hold together with a string, but everything has to be assembled with a glue gun...

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Denny, order confirmations are automatically sent by email. It is possible that they also end up in your spam. On each of our box sheets, it is clearly indicated what utensils are necessary for their assembly. For this box, the description below the title clearly states that it is necessary to have a glue gun to assemble it. In addition, we provide assembly videos of the boxes (camera icon above the main photo) so that you can perform the assembly and understand the manipulations to be carried out. Please feel free to contact our customer service if needed. Best regards. Selfpackaging.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Jami, We are sincerely sorry for the customer attention received on your order. Indeed, we had to reinforce our customer service team during this period with a high volume of orders and it turns out that the service was not up to our requirements. We suffered from a lack of materials on your order which resulted in a delay in shipping. Then the selected relay point being closed could not receive your package. This one was finally delivered yesterday, December 1st in another relay point. I send you the address by email in parallel and reiterate our apologies for this succession of inconveniences. Sincerely yours. Selfpackaging.

I ordered matchbox-style boxes, with 1 teal blue module and the other kraft, the colors were consistent with the visuals. The assembly is not super quick, but the quality is there. Just a 2-day delivery delay from UPS.
