Impeccable. Very fast shipping, sweet little attention very appreciated by my children. Nothing to complain about. Many sites should take a cue from this.

Delighted to have been able to order these shoe boxes, spotted several months ago. They finish off my dressing room nicely with a unit of color. Very happy with the speed of delivery as well as the extra samples. We assembled them as a family (with some doubts about the lids... but we managed after a few minutes). We will gladly recommend your site.

Not happy I paid too much to come faster because the progress of a project was urgent, but simply because of the comparison site they did not put my complete address which is the reason for the delay in the order

Hello, indeed, when your address contains a lot of information that does not fit on a single line, it is preferable to save your address in advance in your customer area since from there, you have 2 address lines. If all the information is on the same line, on the carrier's label, part of the information will be missing. I will contact UPS to provide them with all the indicated information. See you soon. Best regards. Christelle

Order received very quickly and perfectly compliant.
Plus I got a few extra boxes just in case there were mistakes in assembly.
I really appreciate this little gesture.

I requested home delivery with the UPS carrier.
I stayed home all day waiting for my package which was finally delivered to a parcel relay in the neighboring village.
UPS no longer makes house calls, it's easier to drop everything in the same place.
A disappointing service but the ordered item is of good quality I am satisfied

Response from Selfpackaging Published on 10/01/2023

Hello Léa, thank you for your feedback. I am glad that the item suits you. Regarding the delivery, I see that in your order, only your street was provided without any number. When information is missing in the address, carriers have 2 options: return the package to the sender or drop it off at a relay point close to the desired address. If you have specific information to provide to the carrier to ensure delivery, please feel free to include it in your order or otherwise communicate it to us by email at [email protected] so we can pass it on directly. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Christelle.
