Clear website (but slow), easy order, fast delivery, packaging ok (although very large package for not much inside). Too bad the shipping costs to Belgium are so high

The material meets my expectations, but I was only delivered half of my order. The other half, namely the matchboxes, was missing. It's fast but maybe too fast....

The customer service and product quality are very good.
Manufacturing and delivery are fast.
Providing a tracking number is practical and nice.
But the internal size of box REF 2247 S is not correct. This caused us a problem because we printed postcards corresponding to the size.

The ordered boxes are compliant but not the adhesive labels. I wanted an apostrophe in my text and it was translated by a special character.
I am disappointed and had to find another solution as there was no time to return and redo.

I find the weight a bit too light, it gives the whole a too little rigid appearance. I am looking for packaging that has a more 'qualitative' aspect. Otherwise, the kraft material is very nice and the box is pretty. It's a shame...

Very satisfied with my order. I recommend this site and this seller! I received a few extra boxes than what I ordered, and I am happy because it compensates for the few boxes that were folded during transport. I do not give 5 stars because of the carrier who never manages to deliver to me and who drops the package 3 towns away from me (without a car, it's complicated to retrieve).

I think the site and the products are good, unfortunately I had only ordered samples to test, and they arrived without an explanatory note on how to assemble them (and not everything is explained on the site) and one of the samples arrived in a different size than I had requested. Too bad.
