Hello, indeed, when your address contains a lot of information that does not fit on a single line, it is preferable to save your address in advance in your customer area since from there, you have 2 address lines. I have been ordering boxes for my two craft activities for years. The site is very well done, very clear, easy to navigate. The only downside for me is the choice of delivery, it is always impossible to select the closest relays to my home and therefore, I have to travel kilometers to pick up my order. On that side, it could be improved, but otherwise nothing to say!

I have been ordering for several years and I am generally satisfied. I just find that on my last order the folding marks of some boxes are not as good as usual and that some boxes are poorly cut, especially the pizza boxes. I had to recut some tabs myself which takes time.

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!

On each of our box sheets, it is clearly indicated what utensils are necessary for their assembly. For this box, the description below the title clearly states that it is necessary to have a glue gun to assemble it. I ordered a sample in the color GRASS GREEN and received a RED sample. When I made the complaint by email, the response was that the samples were sent in the color that was in stock and 'which can be any color' (sic). In this case, why offer a choice of colors when placing the order? While I requested in my complaint email that a GREEN sample be sent to me, I was told: 'I am sorry but we cannot send you this sample in red.'
