I do not understand why my order arrived in 3 parts. It's a waste of time for the customer and a much higher carbon footprint!

Navigation on the site is good but shipping is very expensive for a rather mediocre service. Relay points are rare and far away. Items very poorly protected in the package, as a result, many items are very damaged. I was able to benefit from a package return to my home thanks to a very nice after-sales service lady.
