Very well-made site, easy to navigate and understand. Proposed items are very interesting, prices remain a bit high for small quantities, for a startup company, it's a bit difficult to pay these prices, as you cannot block cash flow on a large quantity of boxes. I am more than disappointed with the state of my received packages.
Very poorly packaged, without cushioning or protection, I received them ripped open.
15 boxes were completely damaged, crushed, torn.
They are unusable in their current state.
Problematic and unacceptable, especially on an order of barely 200 boxes to assemble anyway.
Honestly disappointed.

Your order was shipped on the same day it was received in our workshop. Then, the tracking of your packages was communicated to you via a notification from UPS.
I see that the carrier had difficulty completing the delivery, which was ultimately made on June 6, as the address provided was reportedly changed afterwards (moving).

The shipment was very fast but the packaging could have been a bit better done. The box was too big, the filling with cushioning particles could have been avoided, and the packages of boxes inside slid which ended up wrinkling the tissue paper that came with it.
Aside from this, I am very happy with the boxes.
