I asked for the boxes WITH black rope and it arrived without the rope. I had the market last weekend and had to rush to find something to tie the box.

The shipping was very good, although the shipping costs are high. The return of the product was a failure, it took them more than a month to refund my money, and I had to claim it twice, plus the shipping is very expensive too, in short, I will not buy again.

The shipping was very fast, and they were predictable, they sent me 5 boxes instead of 4, along with two candies, a nice detail. Thank you very much.

Good morning, It was very hard for me to find a page that fits the measurements I needed. And the truth is that it works super well, to make the design and color very intuitive. Highly recommended.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Luis, we are very sorry that you were disappointed. We try to give a very clear idea of the products to our customers and for this reason, for each box, there is a video of the assembly and the possibility to buy samples before proceeding with the order. If you have more questions or need advice, we would be happy to help you. Best regards, Daniela

I received some poorly die-cut boxes, when I notified them they acknowledged the error without hesitation and quickly sent me the same boxes properly die-cut. I really appreciate the gesture and the speed.
