The site is very user-friendly and comprehensive, the assembly videos are short and clear. The delivery was very fast, the quality of the products is there. The ability to order samples at a reduced price is very interesting to choose the ideal packaging! I recommend buying on SelfPackaging!

I placed an order, instead of receiving 15 boxes I received a sample instead, even though I clearly specified 15 boxes, so I paid for a sample, so there you go! I hope it will be resolved quickly

I did not receive the sample I ordered. I made a complaint to receive the sample and the after-sales service has still not responded to me, it has been 3 days.

I had problems retrieving my package at the pickup point, as my name was not registered with the package code. So I would like to know what happened. I also find that it would be better to protect it more by using an envelope with bubble wrap, as the cardboard gets damaged quickly.

Selpackaging services are very good but I was not informed of the arrival of my delivery by UPS at the pickup point, so I went to check myself and it had arrived a week ago! It was urgent!

Very happy with the material, but the shipping was deplorable, it was much better when the material arrived at the person who ordered! (shameful service)

I appreciated the little note explaining why a box was added to my order. It's a shame that you do not offer pickup at a reasonable price for small orders.

Site is quite clear, a lot of information about the products, correct products, it's great to be able to buy samples. However, the shipping costs to France are exorbitant! It's a shame because it really penalizes the site. There are surely cheaper carriers with a service quality that is also suitable.
