Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Lydia,
Thank you for your comment and we are pleased to read that you are satisfied with our service.
Regarding delivery times, indeed, since we do not have all boxes in all sizes and colors in stock, we only produce them on demand. For this, several days of manufacturing are required depending on your request.
To this delay, the delivery with UPS is added according to the chosen option (UPS point, home delivery, urgent).
You can check the average delivery times on our site through the following link: https://selfpackaging.fr/content/10-envoi-de-commandes
We thank you for your trust and hope to see you again soon on our site.

Extremely serious and professional site, with a great customer service, and products of impeccable quality. Thanks to them, my products are highlighted, and I will remain a loyal customer!
Only downside: recurring major issues with delivery by UPS.

I recommend selfpackaging! I received an order of about fifty 'picnic boxes': speed, quality, and reliability! A few extra boxes in the package, a little welcome message, I wouldn't hesitate to repeat the operation!
