2 weeks to receive the order is unacceptable knowing that delivery is paid!!!! Ordered boxes of very poor quality!
I do not recommend this site!!!
I found better elsewhere and even cheaper!

I understand your disappointment but unfortunately you were part of an isolated order that required a product that was temporarily out of stock due to the holidays.
As for the quality of the micro-corrugated cardboard, it is the best available on the market.

This is not serious. I requested delivery to a relay point, but selfpackaging did not write my name on the package, so the relay store initially refused to give it to me. I only recovered it after a long dispute. Moreover, I never received any notification by email or phone to inform me that the package had arrived. If I hadn't checked the ups tracking myself, my order could have been sent back to the sender once the deadline had passed. It's very poorly organized.

I placed an order, instead of receiving 15 boxes I received a sample instead, even though I clearly specified 15 boxes, so I paid for a sample, so there you go! I hope it will be resolved quickly
