Deadlines respected, correct quality with small errors that fortunately did not greatly impact the final result, extra copies in case are appreciated.

I had to call customer service for the timely shipment of the order. Otherwise, the extra charge to speed up delivery would have been useless. Average. However, the after-sales service is very nice.

Good products but the packaging needs to be reviewed, the products were not protected in the packaging box, which itself was damaged (torn in several places). Some products therefore arrived damaged.

Navigation on the site is good but shipping is very expensive for a rather mediocre service. Relay points are rare and far away. Items very poorly protected in the package, as a result, many items are very damaged. I was able to benefit from a package return to my home thanks to a very nice after-sales service lady. But despite my feedback regarding the protection of items in the package, the second package arrived protected in the same way, so some items are damaged too! But there I was not offered anything to compensate me...

There is no assembly instruction in the packaging.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Isabelle, All the assembly instructions for our boxes are available on our site in the form of videos. You just need to go to the page of the box in question and then click on the camera icon (above the photo of the box) to see the video. Don't hesitate to get back to us if needed. Have a nice day!

The delivery is not compliant, we received a printed ribbon while we wanted a plain ribbon! They say free shipping from 95 euros, and they charge you 20 euros for shipping! No, this is not perfect
Translated reviews
Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Tony, The ribbon corresponds well to the one you ordered, but there was a bug on the site not displaying previews of all the ribbons. I confirm that we have just fixed this bug and that the ribbons appear correctly now. I will get back to you privately for the sending of a new ribbon. Regarding shipping costs, free shipping applies under certain conditions, notably the choice of a relay point as the recipient. Since you requested direct delivery to your address, free shipping did not apply to your order. You can read the conditions through this link: https://selfpackaging.fr/content/10-envoi-de-commandes. Everything is perfect, however I find the shipping costs very high. It's a shame that shipping costs are not free for the boxes. Otherwise very fast delivery, the boxes are super pretty and thank you for the little gift :)

The site is very good, readable etc., thank you also for the 2 complementary boxes to understand the folding. Only downside Some issues with UPS for delivery. But I will soon order new boxes through your site! Thank you again!
